User Agreement for AV Konnect App
Introduction:
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you, the user of the AV Konnect social networking app (the "App"), and [Company Name], the owner and operator of the App (the "Company"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the App, and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the App.
Age Requirements:
To use the App, you must be at least 3 year. If you are under the age of 13 years, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
User Content:
The App allows you to post, upload, or otherwise make available content, including, but not limited to, text, photos, and videos (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all rights in and to your User Content, but you grant the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, copy, modify, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing the App to you and to other users.
User Conduct:
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Posting or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
Infringing any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
Engaging in any spamming or other unsolicited advertising or commercial activities;
Engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activities; or
Interfering with or disrupting the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.
User Data:
The Company may collect and store certain data and information related to your use of the App, including, but not limited to, your location data, device type, and IP address. The Company may use this data and information for the purpose of operating and providing the App to you and to other users, as well as for analytics, advertising, and other commercial purposes. The Company may also share this data and information with third-party partners.
Termination:
The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the App, or your use of all or a portion of the App, with or without notice and with or without cause.
Warranty Disclaimer:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Limitation of Liability:
THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
